Eat Clean Eat Healthy

Eat clean, eat healthy.

This was the topic my girlfriend gave a presentation on at the junior college here in St Pete. Basically, she talked with the students about cutting carbs...by getting getting sugar foods and high-fructose corn syrup processed foods OUT of their current diets...NOT cutting calories.

Eating clean and eating healthy means you clean up your diet by getting crap food out of it.

High-carb foods do nothing for your system except store fat. Sure, they taste delicious because of all the chemical additives, sugar, and vegetable fats...but they don't do a thing for building lean muscle to make you look fit.

All carbs are good for are storing fat.

Parents should make children's lunches or watch the kids pack one for themselves. This will help ensure that your child's lunch is a healthy lunch. Packing a lunch allows you to completely control over the contents. You do not have as much control when you purchase a hot lunch from the school cafeteria.

Multivitamins are intended as supplements, not replace it. Whole foods are a necessity if you get the best health benefits. You should not take multiple multivitamins daily unless a day.Taking too many supplements in excess can cause your body imbalanced.

Ground turkey meat does not have as many calories or as much saturated fat than ground beef. Eat clean, eat healthy.

Even if you eat a restaurant meal, you should try to cut down on the fat and calories that you are taking in.Restaurants usually serve very large portions, so only eat half your serving and take the other half home.

TIP! Try having your pets help with your workouts. A pet can be very useful.


Allow your kids to help pick foods while grocery shopping. If you give them a choice of what fruits and veggies they want, they'll be more likely to eat them. They may find new foods since brightly colored things will catch their eye in the produce section.
