This was the topic my girlfriend gave a presentation on at the junior college here in St Pete. Basically, she talked with the students about cutting carbs...by getting getting sugar foods and high-fructose corn syrup processed foods OUT of their current diets...NOT cutting calories.

Eating clean and eating healthy means you clean up your diet by getting crap food out of it.

High-carb foods do nothing for your system except store fat. Sure, they taste delicious because of all the chemical additives, sugar, and vegetable fats...but they don't do a thing for building lean muscle to make you look fit.

All carbs are good for are storing fat.

One of the primary reasons the Flat Belly Solution appeals to women is because of its focus on eating natural foods...instead of dieting. Author Isabel De Los Rios is probably the first female to recommend a Paleo-style diet, although she doe not call it that.
